The bathroom in Foxglove Cottage is just delightful, offering both a shower and a bath. It's so nice to have the choice between a quick refreshing shower or a relaxing soak in the tub. As a backpacker, I appreciate the versatility of having both options available.
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small, but others might still find it cozy and charming.

Loved the free WiFi, perfect for scrolling through social media while enjoying the cozy fireplace and barbecue on the patio. The children's playground was a hit, kept the little ones busy while I relaxed.
Oh, how I adored the fact that the towels were available in all their wrinkled glory. So chic.

Obtaining the keys to the property was a breeze, and the cleanliness of the cottage was mind-blowing. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended, and the cottage itself was beautifully decorated and homely. The beds were super comfy, showers were powerful, and the added extras like the induction hob were jaw-dropping. The village was peaceful yet close to various attractions if you have a car. our stay was fantastic with spacious rooms, cozy beds, and a warm ambiance.

The accommodation was spot on, lovely and comfy and well equipped. We enjoyed a barbecue in the nicely done back yard. The generous supply of firewood for the woodburner added to the enjoyment of the lovely cosy front room. Excellent bedding and towels. The village is quiet and peaceful, and not too far from great things if you have a car or bike. The property is spacious, well-furnished, tastefully decorated, warm, and has comfortable beds. An abundance of lovely soft, large towels were provided. There's a good selection of eateries within a short drive as well as in the village itself.
Too many of the local pubs were closed mid-week, which was a bit disappointing. Cleaning was sufficient to give a solid 'sense of clean,' but it could have been more regularly thorough.
